1. Where do you source your coffee and tea? We source our coffee from small farms in Mexico and around the world—including Ethiopia, Colombia, Sumatra, and more. Our teas are thoughtfully selected and blended with wellness and flavor in mind.

2. Do you offer ground or whole bean coffee? Yes! When you order, you can choose your preferred grind type—whole bean, coarse (for French press), medium, or fine.

3. How long will my order take to arrive? Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking info once it ships.

4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship globally! Shipping rates vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because our products are food-based and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right!
